The 2025 Rotary Lobsterfest proved to be a tremendous success, drawing 170 community members to the 21st Rotary Lobsterfest held at the Golf and Curling Club. The evening provided an excellent opportunity for residents to come together and enjoy a memorable night out.

Doors opened at 6:00 p.m., and guests began arriving in a steady flow. As attendees settled in, the atmosphere quickly became lively, setting the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable event. Once everyone was comfortably seated, Rotary volunteers started serving the main course—guests were treated to their choice of two lobsters or racks of ribs. The feast began in earnest, and the consensus among those present was clear: the food was exceptional, building anticipation for the remainder of the evening. After dinner, tables were tidied up, paving the way for socializing. Old friends reunited, new acquaintances were made, and the hall was filled with laughter and camaraderie. Attention soon turned to the raffle and auction tables, where the sales area buzzed with activity. Participants efficiently selected their preferred prizes and returned to their seats, expressing satisfaction with their choices and anticipation of bringing home their winnings. Later in the evening, the auction and raffle outcomes were announced, resulting in widespread satisfaction among attendees. The Rotary Club successfully secured funds to support forthcoming local initiatives. Overall, the event was well-received and effectively raised funds for the Sioux Lookout Rotary Club.
Thank you to all our dedicated volunteers whose hard work and commitment made this event possible. We are grateful for your continued support and enthusiasm, which help to create memorable experiences for our community.
